RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Daily inspection of bike stations and bikes -
• Cleaning of the stations’ Solar Panels
• - Drive around assigned areas to monitor bike stations
• - Responsible for maintaining a company vehicle in good condition and maintaining a safe driving record when driving in all weather
• - Respond to corrective maintenance requests or alarms within an acceptable time frame.
• - Adhered to safety protocols by implementing routine tests and guaranteeing accurate and safe equipment handling
• - Build strong working relationships with the Field team
• - Perform various types of physical labor including moderate to heavy lifting, standing, and bending
• - Follow the daily operations plan
• - Carry out required field tools and measurements for daily operations.

Skills

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical degree or certification

- Mandatory–Ability to read, write, spell, and orally communicate clearly in English Mandatory

–UAE driving license (clean) Minimum 1-year driving experience, preferably in Dubai

- Mandatory - Prior experience as a Field Service Technician

- Minimum one year as a Technician

- Someone who thrives in a team environment and can also be trusted to work independently

- To have an understanding of measurement and testing techniques related to the system - Tech savvy - able to use mobile applications to monitor stations and record maintenance

- able to ride a bicycle - Flex, not just your muscles

– you are willing and able to handle on-call emergencies

- Great communication and problem-solving skills

- Possess basicreport-writingg skills

- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
