We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our educational institution in Dubai. The Teacher Assistant will provide support to teachers and help create a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
Supervise students in classrooms, halls, and during extracurricular activities.
Support students with special needs or individualized learning plans.
Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules and policies.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as needed.
Assist with grading assignments, tests, and homework.
Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress and development.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
Passion for working with children and promoting their academic success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
