ColourZone is seeking an Executive Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role that is responsible for generating new business and expanding our presence in the market. The Executive Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals and presentations, attending exhibitions and events, and collaborating with the design team to develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and experience in sales and marketing, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  • Sales promotion by working closely with GM and Sales & Marketing Director
  • Working closely with strategic manager for developing sales in line with company’s vision and mission.
  • Meeting potential customers for aiding and generating sales leads and specifying company products for upcoming projects with clients, consultants, and Interior Designers.
  • Closely working with sales team and reporting executives for analysis of sales trends in order to prepare reports for aiding strategic in sales planning.
  • The Sales Engineer shall be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals and presentations, attending exhibitions and events, and collaborating with the design team to develop innovative solutions.
  • Shall have a passion for interior design and experience in sales and marketing, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Present our products and services in the architectural and construction industry that would be beneficial to our business).
  • Plan detailed presentations that show clients our product information, pricing, and benefits.
  • Develop program suggestions and enhance professional networking and build new business relation and strengthen existing relationship.
  •  Follow project delivery until handing over and make sure all paper works as per project requirements is completed (Material Specification, Submittals and approvals, Work Inspection Reports, Interim Invoices, Work Completion Letters etc).
  • Sales aggression to build a strong network and relationship.
  • Meet with clients (consultants, developers, owners) for presentations.
  • Follow up on submitted samples & proposals to the clients.
  • Act as a bridge between the technical and sales teams by translating technical features into clear and compelling benefits for potential customers, ensuring a deep understanding of the product's capabilities.
  • Familiarize yourself with the inner workings of our products, enabling you to communicate their merits convincingly.
  • Initiate detailed technical discussions with potential customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
