Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant & Workspace Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Fulfilling orders and managing inventory to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating and managing the workspace, including organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a comfortable environment for all employees.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
