  • Direct contact with freight forwarders and shipping lines to coordinate shipping.

  • Issuing ACID for Shipments.

  • Reviewing and revising of BLs.

  • Following up with Nafeza Regulations, Cargo-x regulations.

  • Timely preparation of insurance certificates for shipments.

  • Preparing and maintaining an updated delivery schedule, Shipments update.

  • Following up with Forwarders for shipments updates, arrival dates and report back

  • Communicating with all relevant departments involved with importation.

  • Daily follow up with custom clearance broker to updates shipments progress during clearance.

  • Receiving and maintaining freight invoices and following up with freight payments.

  • Following up original shipping documents release from the banks.

  • Perform some Administrative tasks related to department will be required by management from time to time
