- Implement and Oversees Oracle Technical Implementation and enhancement across whole ElSewedy Electric T&D.- Define business, technical & functional requirements.- Analyze customer requirements.- Formulating the application design Prepare the application set up.- Results reporting to team leaders and section heads on monthly basis.- Update Issue Log on daily basis.- Apply internal testing for the software quality, measure its compliance with customer/department business requirements.- Control Testing acceptance.- Ensure projects accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, meeting customer/department satisfaction.- Aligning with (financial, SCM and other technical) team building & acting as member guidance to consultants.- Assisting in any additional tasks requested by Direct or Unit Manager.- Support users in implementation issues and during Monthly closing.- Apply Oracle Best practice to improve technical business process. Design suitable system technical solutions that achieve any new business requirements and needs.- Collect and document Reporting and analytics requirement.- Collect Integration requirements, test integration with Oracle financials and SCM.- Work with entire Implementation team to deliver Success Oracle implementation.- Effectively communicate and collaborate across teams.- Document technical Business Process and related Solution Design.

Education: Bsc of Computer Science or Information Technology

Years of experience: 5-7 years

 Technical Know-How; experience with Oracle technical implementation in customer or vendor sides.- Excellent interpersonal skills, people oriented with passion for people development.- Excellent conflict management skills, and business users handling.- Oracle knowledge and/or certification.- A talent for multi-tasking, prioritizing objectives, and meeting deadlines Desired- Excellent Knowledge and practice in technical business process. - 5+ successful implementation end to end as technical consultant.- Excellent Experience in OAF Customizations.- Excellent Experience in SQL and PL/SQL.- Excellent Experience in Oracle Form/Reports.- Technically proficient in API & Interface.- Experience of Oracle Apps R12 Development tools including: - Forms customization & Personalization, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports & XML BI Publisher, AME, Alert.
