- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in designing and delivering .NET-based enterprise solutions.- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.- Expertise in Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using these technologies.- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed computing concepts.- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including PaaS and serverless offerings.- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, message-based systems, and asynchronous processing.- Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
