- Design review &validation by Studying and understanding of HVAC design systems requirements and Doing HVAC Calculation.
- Preparing HVAC BIM Models and Creating custom Revit HVAC families.
- Technical co-ordination with Mechanical suppliers.
- Co-ordinate HVAC work with other trades and solve clashes.
- Produce Duct & Chilled water shop-drawings from Revit models and preparing other related calculation.
- Knowledge of specific standards including ASHRAE, ASME, SMACNA..
- Self-driven, works well in team environment with strong communication skills and Ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.must be qualified in the design of HVAC systems.The job is office based job.The required experience is from 3-10 years min.AutoCAD and Revit Skills are must.Experience in consultancy entities and contractor technical office is required.
