- Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
- Participate in periodic meetings with the direct t manager to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
- Study project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
- Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction
- Review subcontractors' shop drawings and design drawings as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant
- Review the BIM model and ensure quality to the Owner’s standard
- Coordinate with the Surveying team to provide them with all the information about the land and any site measurements required
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solutions timely
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them to the project consultant
- Responsible for reviewing structure and MEP drawings and technical coordination between all trades.
- Prepare sub-contractors periodically, Qs, invoices and compare it according to the project budget
- Prepare materials cut-off list, and procurement plan and analyze technical & financial offers -Study and review all tender documents received by the business unit including instructions to tenders, contract general and special conditions, specifications, drawings, and preparing BOQ
- Participate in value engineering workshops
- Participate in strategy workshops and actively contribute innovative solutions
- Support the department's development activities
- Prepare and submit Project Documents such as and not limited to IR, MIR, CPR, Casting table, and steel table.
Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree. At least 4 years of experience in same field. Background in the construction field.
