- Creating sales opportunities for HVAc aftersales by identifying the customer's needs, explaining the products and offering solutions and alternatives to the customer's requirements.
- Assisting the customer by various means by responding to all inquiries and responding quickly in all transactions and making sure that the customer chooses the appropriate products.
- Follow up on customers and conduct regular visits to them and introduce them to new products in case of need.
- Conducting field visits to inspect new projects and opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the customers
- Completion of sales transactions for projects through coordination between decision-makers in the projects and our organization.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Uses relationships effectively, internal & external, to deliver target results
- Able to know, describe, and use our portfolio in terms of characteristics, features, advantages, and general applications, to position it against competitive offers, in order to best answer customer needs.
- Fully utilizes the best available knowledge, experience, and tools when making proposals.
- Builds an agile network and promotes synergies
