Job Description

EgyBell is hiring a Business Analyst for a leading telecommunications company.

Job Responsibilities

Create documentation for new business project proposals and use cases Communicate project guidelines between business, IT and executive teams. Provide updates on project outcomes to clients. Provide guidance for Cloud solutions Services Work Closely with technical team to develop the proper solution as business needs Lead a team of different expertise. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical team on use cases. Communicate and drive the adoption and alignment of standards, policies and procedures across the project. Use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively. Formulate ways for businesses to improve. Persuade stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems Run workshops and training sessions Exploring how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data Explore different solutions, benefits and impacts Proposing solutions to an organization’s leaders. Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved. Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
Employment type: Contract based position for 9 months.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. 5+ years of direct BA, Consultant, System Integrator experience 5 to 7 Years of experience. Excellent command of English.

Professional Experience

Understanding of the factors influencing project cycle time from business perspective.
Commercial Awareness. An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems.
