We are currently looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan based in Dubai.

The Opportunity



Acts as the primary C&B lead for liaison for 15+ countries (Gulf & Levant countries, Saudi-Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan, South-Africa, North-West Africa, Egypt, Kenya and distributor markets in the region).
Designs C&B programs and communication strategies that are aligned with Business strategies and HR strategies.
Serves as the liaison across the Businesses and BHR (CHR/DHR) to ensure C&B strategies and programs are effectively designed, implemented and completed within agreed time frames and in accordance with established expectations.
Ensures that C&B strategy and programs meet the needs of the business, remain competitive within the market, comply with legislation and deliver cost effective rewards solutions.
Apply advanced knowledge of Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources principles/requirements to support the business needs. Provide consulting expertise and analytical skills. Develop new concepts, standards and innovative C&B solutions.
Area responsibility as SME for LTI (process, eligibility checks, coordination of dividend equivalent payments) and as SME and coordinator for merit budget projections (participation in EMEA wide merit surveys, coordination of country data, providing supporting information to CPC) As SME the position acts as the key interface between Area C&B and Executive Compensation and the Compensation Consultant in CPC.
Design, communicate and implement (total) compensation programs, systems and incentive schemes within the country, monitor and approve/reject the participation and target of these programs
Design of benefits programs (Medical, Life, AD&D, Pension) in the countries
Communicate, roll-out and administer major global C&B programs (e.g. ESPP, LTI,…), conduct adjustments according to local legislation and provide appropriate training
Permanent monitoring of trends and regulatory changes to ensure that new developments in C&B are detected at a very early stage and applied to existing or new compensation programs as required
Participation in salary surveys, incl. collection, analysis and communication of data.
Drive annual salary increase process
Job Evaluations
Coordination of M&A activities
Manage all third-party C&B consultant engagements
Create and/or participate in C&B networks with a focus on Healthcare companies to establish effective contacts.
Participation in the country BAC and country HR leadership meetings

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:



1 C&B Specialist will be reporting into the position
Additionally the position will coordinate defined key C&B processes across the Area

Extensive knowledge of social insurance legislation, tax legislation and labor legislation in the respective countries.
Demonstrated proficiency in budget planning, project management, team building and team performance
Communication skills should include experience presenting to senior leaders, interfacing with internal customers, interfacing and negotiating with cosultants and benefits providers

Minimum Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business management or comparable economic degree
Preferred MBA or Master's Degree

Minimum Experience/Training Required:



Minimum of 7 years of experience in C&B
Minimum of 7 years in a management position
