Petra Mechatronics is a leading company in the B2B eCommerce and industrial automation sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Web Development Project Manager who excels in managing web development projects, particularly within WordPress and WooCommerce environments.

Job Role:
As a Web Development Project Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of developers and coordinate efforts to deliver high-quality eCommerce projects on time and within budget. You will also ensure that projects align with the latest industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and efficiently allocate resources.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and productivity.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, manage project risks, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and address client needs effectively.
• Industry Engagement: Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and eCommerce to enhance project outcomes and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years in website development project management, with a strong portfolio in managing WordPress and WooCommerce projects.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Python will be a plus point.
• UI/UX: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and
• SEO: Good understanding of technical SEO.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, and Asana.
• E-Commerce Expertise: Experience with Woocommrce is a must. Experience in other major e-commerce platforms, particularly, Shopify and Magento will be a plus point.
• Certifications: PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field will be a plus point.
