Develop and implement the best fit salary structure & grading system to ensure achieving internal & external equity. Review & develop all total reward ‘s SOPs to ensure alignment with both HR & company strategy and ensure smooth work operations continuously. Lead job evaluation processes and consultation with direct manager to ensure benchmark job map. Create & develop all required data analysis reports, displayed in appropriate formats to be submitted to the direct manager efficiently. Create, design & update the incentive schemes for all eligible positions to ensure aligning with the companys strategy. Support in the development of the benefits plan, make recommendations and identify the market best practices to enhance the benefits program in the company. Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives. RequirementsUniversity degree in any field. 6 - 8 years’ experience in (Total Rewards / compensation and benefits) at FinTech or technology Industries. HR Diploma or its equivalent is preferable. Excellent command of English language. Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills. High Problem solving and Very Good communication skills.
