- Set detailed instructions on what needs to be checked and what are the quality standards.
- State inspection Criteria for each product.
- dedication to high standards when approving and rejecting manufacturing processes.
- Inspect and receive production materials according to technical boards and engineering specifications - Knowledge with AQL Standards.
- Identify radical solutions to quality problems and products.
- Prepare reports on quality issues, suppliers, and corrective measures (eg number of defective raw materials per order).
- Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
- Complete updates, corrections, and enhancements to our quality management system.
- Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Set and track quality assurance goals.
- Coordination with external auditors to ensure quality and continuity of the quality assurance system.
- Work with production to solve quality problems and to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of products.
- High Knowledge with Analysis tools (ABA analysis, MSA, A3 reports, SIPOC, SPC, Fish bone and Pareto).is advantage.
Previous work 2 years' experience as a Quality Engineer.Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies and ISO 9001.In-depth understanding of technical documentation.Familiarity with statistical analysis.Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.English fluent is preferable.
