Knowledge of Active Directory design and implementation.

Implement and manage antivirus software, endpoint protection solutions, and device encryption.

Monitor and respond to security incidents on endpoints.

Server hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Administration and configuration of Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Office 365 applications.

Install and configure operating systems and software applications.

Provide technical support to end-users.

Assist with hardware and software-related problems.

Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Education:

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
