Job Description<br/><br/>Accountabilities
This role will require robust experience in a broad range of Supply Chain processes and close cross-functional and regional collaboration to successfully ensure uninterrupted supply of products to patients in Saudi Arabia.
This role will be a full-time member of Saudi Arabia's management team.
Responsibilities<br/><br/>• Lead all country related Customer Service tasks e.g. Order in-take & management, forecasting, Customs & Import Permits including communication with Amgen customers and overseas supply sites. • Will serve as back-up for order-to-cash activities for other clusters within the MEA region • Responsible to identify market sales trends, apply correct stocking policies and create and maintain accurate forecast on monthly basis • Accountable for creation and maintenance of Master Data elements in SAP • Require and assume ownership of Finished Goods inventory in market ensuring adequate shelf-life and minimal inventory scrap due to demand variations. • Supports completion of all locally derived NCs/CAPAs to Amgen global standards • Assist in local Integrated Business Planning activities (IBP) • Closely collaborate with Commercial, Market access and Finance on Budget/ Last estimates in alignment with SC KPI’s. • Assist and report on Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators • Provide key updates to Country, Regional and/or Global leadership on status of projects • Support in-market new product registration & launch processes ensuring readiness in collaboration with MEA Regional Operation Leads • Lead Distributor management in country, ensuring alignment between Amgen and its partners. Able to influence working procedures as per business needs. • Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret situations/problems using multiple sources of information: qualitative information, quantitative research and trend data. • Will serve as the Subject Matter Expertise for Order to Cash and planning processes<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of direct related experience. • Fluent in English (verbal and written) • The candidate will have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Supply Chain processes: • Order to Cash Management • Demand Management • Supply Management • Inventory Management • Importation Process • Customs Clearance • ERP Master Data • SAP experience • Launches and Variations<br/><br/>Preferred Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic • Education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Information Technologies, or knowledge by experience in these areas with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Life-Cycle Management • Experience in product registrations & launch processes in a pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical company • GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical regulations and business principles ERP expertise in Planning and Master Data management - experience preferred is SAP • Understanding of cluster market requirements and variables • Financial acumen .
