- Provide visionary leadership in academic and administrative areas.

- Act as a spokesperson for the school in public and community events.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the school.
Qualifications:
- Female; 40 years old and below
- Bachelor in Education or PGCE (PhD/Master’s in Education preferred)
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in education industry; 6 years whole experience as Principal; and 3 years as Vice Principal (preferably majority of experience in the UAE)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in American, AP, and IB Curriculum
