​Charterhouse is working with a government entity based in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire a Bilingual Legal Advisor to join their reputable organisation.

About the role
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for overseeing and handling the legal affairs for the company as well as managing any litigation, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and any legal matters for the organisation, which is heavily focused on financial agreements.

In conjunction, this role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively. The Advisor must have a strategic mindset and be focused on business objectives in addition to being responsible for developing and implementing legal policies and strategies and providing legal support where is required.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with around 8 to 12 years’ proven experience in the UAE.

Our client is looking for someone with a strong background as a Legal Advisor in a senior management position, with specific experience ideally in reputable investment companies in the UAE. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
