A performing arts academy based in UAE.
Job Description:
§ Responsible for all alumni activities and relations such as developing and implementing the Academy Alumni Office strategy, budget allocation, and monitoring expenses.
§ Provide support to students in their career planning, job search, self-assessment, decision-making, and professional development through conducting one-on-one advising, workshops, coaching, and seminars.
§ Represent the Academy in significant Alumni Office events and promote alumni benefits to graduating students and encourage participation in alumni initiatives.
§ Develop and maintain professional relationships with alumni locally, regionally and internationally.
§ Work in collaboration with Program Leaders, faculty, staff and alumni to develop new leads for internships, job shadowing and full-time positions.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to UAE nationals
- 47 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the same role from a higher education system (tertiary/university/college level)
- Ability to coach students and alumni regarding career development, job searching, resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation
