Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Quanta I Sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and helping local businesses thrive through our platform. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and engage with potential local business partners to promote Quanta I's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, understanding their needs, and offering tailored Quanta I solutions.
  • Consult with local businesses to understand their unique needs and create customized solutions.
  • Present Quanta I's value proposition to business owners through effective sales techniques and presentations.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Quanta I product offerings to provide the best solutions to our partners.




Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred not mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or business development role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of the local business landscape is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Must be located in Abu Dhabi.
