General Manager – International Business - Trading

Job Description

Drive profitable growth by achieving ambitious sales targets across assigned international geographies (Africa, MENA, and CIS region preferred).

Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for assigned markets, including identifying new market opportunities.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with overall company objectives.

Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment .

Negotiate and finalize international trade agreements with distributors, dealers, and other partners.

Ensure efficient management of the export/import supply chain, including logistics, customs clearance, and documentation.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in international markets.

Analyze market data and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Prepare market research reports and competitor analyses to inform strategic decision-making.

Manage and motivate a team of international sales representatives by providing coaching and development opportunities.

Travel extensively to build relationships with key stakeholders in assigned markets.

Maintain a strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
