DOYUF.COM is a rapidly growing, profitable eCommerce marketplace organization and we are on the look out for a "SALES - PRODUCT ONBOARDING MANAGER?



- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce B2B - B2C product onboarding required.

- Develop a thorough knowledge of relevant processes to be able to influence sellers to come on to our Marketplace.

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction and identifying / onboarding strategic brands, sellers.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers".

- Demonstrated ability with direct management of teams, motivation and continued development of team members.

Qualifications:


- Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in UAE and GCC with exposure to prior interactions with brands, sellers and distributors.

- 5+ years of sales experience.

- Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing in e-commerce sector.

- Great work ethic and should be able to work in a startup environment

- Prior experience influencing / onboarding sellers on marketplace platforms.

- Should have good Verbal and written communication skills, ability to persuade, convince and simplify complex problems

- Strong Analytical skills, self-driven result oriented, skilled in negotiations.
