We seek talented and passionate Order Takers (waiters/waitresses) to join our team at our healthy restaurants in Dubai and Sharjah.

Provide excellent customer service to guests in the hotel's dining areas

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure that food and drinks are served promptly and correctly

Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items

Manage guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and well-stocked dining area

Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events

Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and timely

Prepare and present bills and accept payment from guests

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures

Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage

Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
