A great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an international contractor who have already launched successfully in Dubai and are now growing their presence in the region.

We're looking for an all-rounder, somebody who has experience across all stages of a project and not just delivery.
You’ll work closely with experienced leaders from the UK, supporting projects from preconstruction through to delivery and helping shape their continued expansion in the region.
What you’ll do Support the estimating team with the review of project information, RFI’s, supply chain submissions and evaluations Be involved in work-winning activities and attend client-facing meetings where required Support through the full design and preconstruction period Assist with commercial elements including supply chain selection, monthly applications and pre-start meetings Coordinate onsite inspections, weekly supply chain meetings and liaise with client teams and landlord connections Lead the process of obtaining the relevant licenses for the business to undertake projects Ensure the supply chain carry the correct licenses for their works Check submissions for approvals and ensure standards and criteria are met Lead the submission and approvals process with the design and project teams Oversee close-out submissions and ensure all requirements are completed to the correct standard Add value to programmes, tender updates and live project progress
What you’ll need Experience as a Project Manager within fit-out or interiors Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, consultants and supply chain A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to work closely with senior leaders Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across preconstruction and delivery A positive, hands-on approach and a willingness to be part of a growing team
