Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard property owners for leasing and sales
* Conduct professional negotiations with landlords, tenants, and buyers
* Manage leads, arrange viewings, and follow up until successful closing
* Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and deal status

Compensation & Benefits:
TivaliHome offers two flexible options:
Option 1: Freelance / Commission-Only
* High and competitive commission per closed deal
Option 2: Basic salary available for qualified candidates + Commission

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market (Leasing or Sales)
* Valid RERA Card is **Mandatory**
* Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
* Valid UAE Residency & UAE Driving License
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
* A strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage
Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience working with Persian-speaking, Arabic-speaking, Russian-speaking, Turkish-speaking, European, and other high-value international client markets.
