STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT

Analyst – Corporate Investment

What you’ll deliver

• You'll assist in the development and maintenance of long-term financial modelling, commercial modelling, financial business case support, monitoring and reporting of financial performance through data gathering/extraction, data analysis, designing and preparation of relevant reports.

• You'll assist in ad-hoc financial analysis using historic/trend/scenario-building, regression, monte-carlo simulations, back-testing to enable critical financial performance appraisals

•You’ll assist in the evaluation of projects/investments for financial appraisal/feasibility by estimating NPV, IRR, ROI, multi-scenario approach etc.

•You’ll assist in developing and maintenance of carbon emission and carbon pricing model for Dubai Airport enabling prediction of carbon trajectory, cost-benefit analysis, and carbon equivalent benefit

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s degree level in corporate finance, Valuation, Due Diligence, Investments or related with an overall of 3-5 years of relevant experience. 

•You’ll have extensive and comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Finance, Due Diligence, Valuations, M&A, Financial Modelling, Forecasting and Investment Evaluation. 

•You’ll have knowledge of financial Forecasting

•You’ll have knowledge of Valuations (DCF, multiples) 

•A professional certification in Finance (e.g. CFA, ACCA or MBA in Finance) is preferred

•Financial Modelling certification (e.g. FMVA) will be advantageous
