A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a legal contract manager for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through execution and renewals.
• Supporting legal operations by maintaining contract documentation, templates, and governance processes.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, quality, commercial, finance, and business development to ensure timely legal support for business initiatives.
• Monitoring contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal risks across multiple markets.
• Coordinating with external legal counsel and supporting legal projects, reporting, and process improvements.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related legal qualification.
• Proven experience managing commercial contracts within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, legal documentation, compliance, principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
