Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the fabrication and installation of furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and other wooden fixtures.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden components according to drawings.
Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely.
Assist senior carpenters in completing projects on time.
Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on wooden furniture and fixtures.
Ensure quality workmanship and proper finishing.
Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
Report material shortages or defects to the supervisor.
Perform other carpentry-related tasks as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Basic carpentry and woodworking knowledge.
Ability to read simple technical drawings.
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.
Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
