Job description

·Manage court sessions and issue the necessary decisions until the closing of the pleading period


·Rule on lawsuits and requests by final or preliminary decisions in accordance with the law


·Hear pleadings and deliberate in cases to issue judgments


·Execute judicial and administrative assignments issued by the Head of the Center, including working with judicial committees


·Implement the reconciliation mechanism in some lawsuits and record it in the session minutes as an enforceable document


·Contribute to preparing the center's strategic plans and monitor performance and targets


·Supervise the execution of execution bonds and adjudicate on enforcement disputes and urgent matters


Must be fully eligible to hold


Must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates


Age shall not be less than (23) years at the time of applying to join the program


Must hold a bachelor's degree in law or Sharia and Law with a Very Good grade from an educational institution whose certificates are certified, or hold a master's or doctoral degree in law


Must not have been convicted of a crime involving honor or honesty by a court or disciplinary council, even if rehabilitated or included in a pardon or amnesty, or have had the disciplinary penalty removed


Must pass the scheduled personal interviews


Male applicants must have completed national service unless exempted or excused by law
