We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our OVS retail store in Dubai. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES???? Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.???? Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service targets.???? Deliver an exceptional customer experience and uphold brand standards.???? Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to drive business growth.???? Manage inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.???? Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety regulations.???? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.???? Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry, preferably in fashion retail.???? Strong leadership, team management, and sales-driven mindset.???? Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.???? Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.????
