Role Description This full-time on-site Tennis Coach role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Tennis Coach will deliver individual and group tennis instruction, including technical drills, tactical sessions, and physical conditioning appropriate included for different age groups and skill levels. Responsibilities monitoring player progress under the scope of CV providing constructive feedback. The coach will maintain clear communication with players and support an engaging, safe, and inclusive training environment. Additional tasks may include assisting with clinics, camps, player assessments, video shooting and collaborating with the consultancy team on player development plans. Qualifications Strong tennis-specific competencies, including Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills relevant to various levels of play. Effective Communication skills for delivering feedback, explaining concepts clearly, and collaborating with players. Customer Service orientation Previous experience as a tennis coach or instructor, preferably in a club, academy. Relevant coaching certifications from recognized tennis federations or governing bodies Registered in the UAE Tennis Federation Strong organizational and time-management skills,Professional conduct, cultural sensitivity, and willingness to work within an international, diverse environment in Abu Dhabi.
