Job description
We are seeking a Car Rental Agent to be part of our team in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, explaining car rental options, completing rental agreements, monitoring reservations, and ensuring the provision of professional customer service. Additionally, you will respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, while coordinating with the team to track vehicle status.
Skills
Experience in car rental (preferred).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Politeness, good presentation, and professionalism in dealing with customers.
Organizational skills and accuracy in data entry.
Preferred residence in Abu Dhabi or ability to work there.
