We are looking for a *Junior Technical Sales Engineer* to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
*Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering* 1–2 years of UAE sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry* Experience handling RFQs, material sourcing, and quotation submissions* Knowledge of supplier and subcontractor prequalification with EPCs and General Contractors* Familiarity with SAP Ariba and ADNOC tendering processes* Strong MS Office skills* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills* Self-motivated with strong personal discipline* Experience attending industry events such as ADIPEC* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
*Key Responsibilities:** Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients* Prepare RFQs, source materials, and submit competitive quotations* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share* Conduct market research and identify business opportunities* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution* Independently generate business opportunities and secure orders from major Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, and General Contractors in the UAE market.
