About the Role We are seeking a proactive and strategic Product Owner to join our product and technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and working closely with business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital products. You will ensure product features align with business goals and customer needs while driving continuous product improvement.???? Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap ????Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements Create, manage, and refine the product backlog and user stories Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and acceptance testing Define product requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within scope Track product KPIs and measure business outcomes Drive continuous innovation and product enhancements using data-driven insights✅ What We're Looking For Strong product management and Agile delivery experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to prioritize competing business and technical requirements Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented approach???? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or a related role Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development methodologies Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), PMI-ACP, or equivalent are highly advantageous Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, or similar platforms Previous experience working within multinational organizations or the UAE market is highly preferred????
