Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Medical Nursing and/or Renal Nursing subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and clinical teaching resources.
Supervise and guide students during clinical placements in medical and renal care settings.
Teach nursing concepts related to adult health, chronic diseases, renal disorders, dialysis care, and patient management.
Evaluate students through assignments, examinations, skills assessments, and clinical evaluations.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to nursing students.
Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement activities.
Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare standards, and evidence-based care.
Collaborate with clinical partners and healthcare professionals to enhance student learning.
Participate in research, publications, and professional development activities when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in Nursing (Medical Nursing, Renal Nursing )
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with relevant clinical and teaching experience may be considered.
Valid nursing license/registration as required by the relevant authority.
Clinical experience in medical nursing, renal nursing, dialysis, or related areas.
Previous teaching or clinical instructor experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
