KEY RESPONSIBILITIES???? Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.???? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional and responsive support.???? Resolve client concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively.???? Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.???? Maintain accurate client records, service requests, and communication logs.???? Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.???? Provide product and service information while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.???? Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.✅ REQUIREMENTS???? Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.???? Proven experience as a Client Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Account Coordinator, or in a similar client-facing role.???? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.???? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.???? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.???? Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.????
