Summary The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading requirement discovery, business process analysis, and solution definition across cross-functional teams. The role ensures alignment between business needs and technical implementation through structured documentation, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project support
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT business analysis. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in bilingual (Arabic/English) environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and align diverse teams. Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques, documentation standards, and process modeling. Solid understanding of systems integration, data flows, and technology fundamentals. Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Confluence
