• Develop and maintain accurate Architectural and Interior Design BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

• Prepare detailed GA drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and detailed joinery/interior drawings.

• Create BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company BIM standards.

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.

• Participate in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.

• Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built models.

• Ensure models comply with client specifications, local authority requirements, and project standards.

• Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers in delivering project milestones.

• Maintain model quality, accuracy, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Architectural/Interior Design Modeler.

3. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

4. Strong proficiency in:

   • Autodesk Revit (Architecture)

   • AutoCAD

   • Navisworks

   • BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – Preferred

   • Microsoft Office

5. Experience in Architectural and Interior Fit-Out projects.

6. Knowledge of LOD 300/350/400 standards.

7. Familiarity with UAE building regulations and construction practices.

8. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into BIM models.

9. Strong coordination and communication skills.
