المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- المنصب يجمع بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي، تطوير الأعمال، إدارة العمليات، تنسيق المشاريع، ودعم تنفيذي
- دعم إطلاق وهيكلة العمل
- تطوير وصيانة خطط الأعمال، استراتيجيات النمو، وجداول طريق تشغيلية
- إعداد التنبؤات المالية، الميزانيات، وتوقعات التدفق النقدي
- تحديد فرص الأعمال، مسارات الإيرادات، واستراتيجيات التوسع
- تطوير أنظمة تشغيلية، سير عمل، وإجراءات تشغيل قياسية
- دعم إعداد المكاتب، الإدارة، وبنية الشركة التحتية
- تنسيق المشاريع الداخلية وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
- مراقبة الميزانيات وتكاليف التشغيل
- المساعدة في التخطيط المالي ومراقبة التكاليف
- دعم مفاوضات الموردين وإدارة العقود
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين
- التنسيق مع الموردين، المصانع، الورش، ومقدمي الخدمات
- بناء وصيانة علاقات أعمال استراتيجية
- مرافقة المؤسس إلى الاجتماعات مع العملاء، الشركاء، المستثمرين، والجهات الحكومية عند الطلب
- إعداد العروض التقديمية، المقترحات، والوثائق التجارية
- المساعدة في تحديد موقع العلامة التجارية واستراتيجية السوق
- دعم استراتيجيات التسعير، المنتج، والتوزيع
- حضور جلسات التصوير، الحملات، القياسات، والفعاليات المتعلقة بالموضة
المتطلبات- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة، المالية، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة
- 3–5 سنوات خبرة على الأقل في عمليات الأعمال، الاستشارات، إدارة المشاريع، أو بيئات الشركات الناشئة
- أفضلية خبرة في الموضة، الفخامة، التجزئة، الضيافة، أو قطاعات نمط الحياة
- مهارات تخطيط مالي وتحليل قوية
- قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة مشاريع ممتازة
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة شركة ناشئة سريعة وتيرة

Job description
We're recruiting a Business & Operations Consultant - Fashion for one of our clients, a renowned luxury fashion brand based in Dubai, UAE.
About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious luxury fashion house based in Dubai, specializing in bespoke evening wear, bridal couture, corsetry, and handcrafted luxury garments. Renowned for its craftsmanship and attention to detail, the brand creates exclusive, high-end pieces for discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Role combines strategic planning, business development,
operations management, project coordination, and executive support
- Support the launch and structuring of the business
- Develop and maintain business plans, growth strategies, and
operational roadmaps
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow
projections
- Identify business opportunities, revenue streams, and
expansion strategies
- Develop operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Support office setup, administration, and company
infrastructure
- Coordinate internal projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor budgets and operational expenses
- Assist with financial planning and cost control
- Support vendor negotiations and contract management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, ateliers, and
service providers
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships
- Accompany the Founder to meetings with clients, partners,
investors, and government entities when required
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents
- Assist in defining brand positioning and market strategy
- Support pricing, product, and distribution strategies
- Attend photoshoots, campaigns, fittings, and fashion-related
events
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,
Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business operations,
consulting, project management, or startup environments
- Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, hospitality, or
lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
- Strong financial planning and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
environment
