Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Graphic Designer role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Digital Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital channels, including social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns that clearly communicate Shield Seniors’ services and brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing layouts, refining typography, and preparing graphics optimized for various digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to translate project briefs into compelling visual designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The designer will also participate in feedback cycles, maintain organized design files, and support continuous improvement of the brand’s visual identity.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for web and social media. Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials. Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that support readability and brand tone. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and familiarity with basic UI/UX principles is beneficial. Relevant experience in digital design, preferably for service-oriented or healthcare-related organizations, and a portfolio demonstrating recent work. Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
