Role Description The Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Audio Bridge is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. The CDO will oversee the organization’s data strategy, ensuring data is governed, managed, and leveraged to support business decisions across residential and commercial project operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining data policies and standards, leading data governance initiatives, and ensuring data quality across customer, project, and operational datasets. The role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify data needs, build analytics capabilities, and develop dashboards and reports that inform strategic planning, sales performance, and service efficiency. The CDO will also guide the adoption of data science and advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting, customer insights, and overall business performance. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in data governance and data management, including experience setting policies, standards, and frameworks. Candidates should possess data quality and data science skills to ensure reliable datasets and derive actionable insights through advanced analytics. Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, build metrics, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant experience in data strategy leadership, preferably in project-based, technology, or audio-visual services environments. Proficiency with modern data platforms, BI tools, and databases, and familiarity with cloud-based data architectures. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in hybrid and cross-location teams and the ability to operate independently in a part-time executive capacity.
