To manage and oversee landscaping maintenance projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing one or multiple maintenance projects and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed maintenance schedules and plans in coordination with the Operations Manager.

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including irrigation systems, softscape, pest control, and routine upkeep.

• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong landscape lifespan.

• Identify and address operational issues, taking corrective actions to avoid service disruptions.

• Coordinate with NOC Engineer to obtain government approval

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance-related matters.

• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure client satisfaction.

• Address client concerns and service requests promptly.

• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to clients and management.

Team Management:

• Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and maintenance crews.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.

• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Implement quality control procedures for all maintenance activities.

• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.

• Address non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.

Resource Management:

• Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery of maintenance materials and tools.

• Monitor inventory levels and request replenishments as needed.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and daily reports.

• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to the Operations Manager.

• Document all client correspondence, service requests, and corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, or relevant field.

• PMP would be an added advantage

• 8-10 years relevant work experience

• Driving license is a must

• Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects

• Knowledge of sustainable practices

• Experience working with a diverse range of projects including urban parks, residential areas, and commercial spaces
