Job Title: IT Site Supervisor Location: Dubai, UAE Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Site Supervisor to lead onsite IT infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will supervise technicians, coordinate daily activities, ensure quality installations, and deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Supervise and manage all IT technicians on site.

• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks.

• Read and interpret network, CCTV, and fiber optic drawings.

• Supervise structured cabling and fiber optic splicing activities.

• Ensure proper installation of network racks, switches, firewalls, patch panels, UPS, wireless access points, and CCTV systems.

• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.

• Ensure site safety and compliance with company procedures.

• Manage site materials, tools, and manpower.

• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance.

• Train and mentor junior technicians

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic splicing, CCTV, network infrastructure, and rack installations.

• Ability to read AutoCAD and technical drawings.

• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Certifications

• Fiber Optic Splicing Certification

• Structured Cabling Certification

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification

• CCTV installation certification
