Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Sales Associate role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring fluency in Arabic and strong communication in English. The Fashion Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their style needs, and provide personalized product recommendations while maintaining a high level of service. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with fittings, handling point-of-sale transactions, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays are clean and organized. The role also involves supporting visual merchandising, promoting current collections and offers, and sharing product knowledge to enhance the customer experience. The associate will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, manage customer inquiries, and uphold company policies and standards.
