1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

2. Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.

3. Build strong relationships with converters, brand owners, distributors, and key decision-makers.

4. Promote products including PE films, laminated rolls, printed films, pouches, and plastic bags.

5. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

6. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

7. Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

8. Lead customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.

9. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

10. Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.

11. Achieve individual and team sales KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Packaging Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 8–15 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.

3. Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials, printing, lamination, pouch making, and converting processes.

4. Existing network of customers in the GCC, Middle East, Africa, or Indian subcontinent is highly preferred.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Self-motivated with strong business development abilities.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

8. Valid driving licence is preferred.

9. Arabic speaking is an added advantage (Preferred).
