Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Dubai. The Painter will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers as needed. Daily tasks include mixing and matching paint colors, applying paint and coatings by brush, roller, or spray, and performing painting and decorating work on interior and exterior surfaces. The role involves protecting surrounding areas, maintaining tools and equipment, following safety and quality standards, and ensuring work areas are clean and organized. The Painter will coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule and respond to client requirements as needed.
Qualifications

Practical skills in paint application, including mixing, matching, and handling different types of paint. Experience in painting and decorating, with attention to detail on finishes, trims, and design requirements. Knowledge of coatings and surface preparation, including primers, sealants, and protective finishes. Proficiency in painting techniques and spray painting for a variety of surfaces and environments. Ability to read basic instructions, work orders, or drawings and follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Previous experience as a Painter or in a similar technical service role, preferably in residential or commercial projects. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights for extended periods, using ladders or scaffolding when required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a diverse team, with basic communication skills in English.
