Job Summary:The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, andfinalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Thisincludes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team membersand Sub-contractors and with the consultant/client to deliver projectsaccording to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project'sobjectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:· Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goalsand coordinate various managers and technical personnel during allproject phases, from initial development through implementation.· Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures,and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining qualitystandards.· Team Coordination: Lead, coach, and motivate project teammembers on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and responsibilities, andensure the team is working effectively and efficiently· Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact forconsultant/client , providing regular updates on project status,addressing concerns.· Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, withinscope, and within budget. Develop and implement quality controlprocedures to ensure the final product meets the required standards.· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigationstrategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.· Minimum of 15+ years in Mechanical/HVAC Construction Field, 7-10 years of experience in Mechanical (HVAC) project management, preferably within the UAE/GCC region .· Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to completion.· Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, HVACsystems, including design, installation, and maintenance.· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office .· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.· Valid UAE driving license· PMP certification is a plus.
