Role Description:This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for conducting on-site measurements in Commercial Properties, interviewing clients to understand their specific needs, making simple video recordings and fulfilling pre-made reports.

Requirements:NO work experience is required. Knowledge of English minimum at the B2 level. Knowledge of Russian at the B2 level is a plus. Valid UAE driving license. Possession of a car is a plus. Willingness to travel within the city during almost the whole day. Proficient PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel. Customer communication skills - the ability to engage with Clients effectively. Organizational skills, and proactivity.

Job Responsibilities:Conducting site visits: 4–5 pre-scheduled meetings OR 30 quick non-scheduled visits in one area/building per day. Making a presentation of the company & its services. Inspecting buildings and premises (office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, wharehouses, clinics, etc.) alongside company executives, facility managers, or decision-makers. Performing measurements, clarifying the dimensions of the area. Filling out Google Forms while interviewing clients. Audio recording of client interviews. Photo & video recording of the sites using a phone in accordance with corporate Site Inspection, Audio, Photo & Video Recording Rules.
