What We’re Looking For Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Familiarity with accounting software, ERP, or finance systems is a plus. Good organizational and time-management skills.
